What is 13:12?

The dream wasn’t to own a restoration company…that’s for certain. Dad successfully avoided “going on his own” for years. The dream was to build a business with our kids that operated the way we operate as a family. As a company, our goal is to grow and develop those who join our team in all aspects of their lives. There’s more to life than the bottom line, and at 13:12, our team’s growth and goals are our first priority. The industry is simply a vehicle to allow us to help build a better community.

We also have traveling crews available for out-of-area and extended projects.

Scott and Bryn Tucker
“The Old Guy” has been in and out of the restoration and construction industry since 2001. Starting off as a mold technician in Texas over 2 decades ago, he has spent time in almost every aspect of the field. From 1 room residential issues to 8-figure commercial losses, the old guy has worked them all.
A successful entrepreneur and author full time, and a behind the scenes powerhouse for the 13:12 team. “M.O.M” is the old guy’s voice of reason and the eloquent source of how to voice all that “construction speak”.
Matt and Meagan Gardiner
Matt is the driving force behind our carpet cleaning division and operations team. In the industry since he was 18, he loves being in the field and out of the spotlight. He’d work 12 hours non stop to avoid marketing meetings if we’d let him.
Meg is the quiet one of our group. With several years under her belt in the admin and logistics side of the industry, her infectious smile is usually caught behind the scenes making light of stressful situations and reminding us not to take ourselves too seriously.
David and Emily Green
David is an aviation electrician and US Navy Veteran. When he’s not working to keep aircraft in the air, he’s out spreading the word or out on a jobsite learning the ropes of this crazy family business he got roped into.
A former US Navy air traffic controller and current full time mom, Emily is our “go to girl” for just about anything. From logistical support to creative ways to implement strategy, she always has a plan!
